Naphtali was the son of Jacob-Israel and Bilhah. He is one of the 12 tribes of Israel.
Genesis 30:7 Rachel's servant
Bilhah conceived again and bore Jacob a second son. 8 Then Rachel said,
"With mighty wrestlings I have wrestled with my sister and have
prevailed." So she called his name Naphtali.
Jacob-Israel’s blessing to Naphtali:
Genesis 49:21 "Naphtali is a
doe let loose that bears beautiful fawns.
